Meditation

Meditation is not a means of fleeing from life, nor is it a quick-fix solution to all of the difficulties and challenges we may meet. But it is a path that teaches us to be increasingly present, honest, and awake in each moment of our lives.

Our meditation group usually meets on selected Tuesday evenings at the The Old Meeting House. However, currently, we offer you the chance to join the group via the Zoom app, every Tuesday at 7 pm. Just get in touch to receive an invitation. There is no cost or commitment to join future meetings. Our group is small and friendly.

We practice mindfulness meditation, which consists of a guided meditation, usually followed by a short reading and some silent meditation. The session lasts for 30 minutes.
